Q: Can I submit a prepared ad?
A: Absolutely

Q: Will there be a charge for Hillhouse Graphic Design to set up my ad?
A: No

Q: Will I see a proof of my ad?
A: Yes (give us your email address, please)

Q: Can I include a logo?
A: Yes (see sample ads) To include logo, email us an eps or tif of your logo or mail a printed copy. Must be camera ready art.

Q: Can we use a photo in our ad?
A: Yes
Remember, we need high-resolution images. (300 dpi)

Q: Do I pay when I order?
A: You can include check payment when you order, and qualified companies may submit a purchase order with ad placement. Balance must be paid before May 31, 2010. (No ad will be published without full payment.) For credit card purchases, an electronic invoice will be sent.

You have the option of paying 50% down and 50% before May 31, 2009. To pay online, please call us at 423-239-5431.

Q: If I need edits on my ad after submission, what is the latest date for edit?
A: June 10, 2010. See our contact information below.

Show your support for the Kingsport City Schools. This project is designed to celebrate the talents of our students and to also keep everyone informed. The revenue generated by these ad sales saves money for the school system by essentially paying for most of the production costs of the calendar.
