The Chemistry of Community profiles the work of Eastman Chemical in health and safety, education, environmental stewardship, and philanthropy. Input from Eastman locations around the globe combined to describe how Eastman is activating communities worldwide.

To organize contributions from Eastman offices worldwide, we used a simple but effective sticky note grid. The process made it quick and easy for the teleconferenced committee to decide which projects to emphasize.
